We were really looking forward to receiving this beautiful piece,and the artwork itself is as impressive as expected. Delivery was prompt,and the item was shipped with a reputable courier. Unfortunately,upon opening,we found our item had been affected-likely due to rough handling during a customs inspection. We’re disappointed about the damage but appreciate the seller’s efforts and communication throughout.
