I have purchased several Carlo Salomoni paintings/mixed media. I love each of them. Carlo ships the work quickly and follows up on its delivery. Carlo's paintings are surreal, dreamy, and touch a different emotional chord in each viewer. It's quite amazing to observe. Carlo's art brings out forgotten naivete, yearnings, hope and joy. These paintings take your breath away. They change your life.........for the better. Mind-stretching and life-enhancing fantasy, magnificent but scary. Each new acquisition adds to the artist's very very solid and REAL surreal worldscape. I wish I had ALL his paintings. I wish he would sell prints so that more than one single person could live surrounded by his exciting work. The enchantment remains long after the price is forgotten. ! Bellissimi !

The paintings of Mr.Carlo Salomoni have been very positive to us and brought us a great feeling of dreams and the reality and warmth of home. We appreciate his work very much and our only regret is that we did not discover his work earlier and loosing the opportunity to buy more of his work. Dear Carlo Thank you for your painting of the big eye of the fear, the colours and detail you have put in to this are lovely. That eye has a really strong starr and lights up the picture with the little winged person starring into it. And in the background are the shadows of animals, Very clever. Absolutely brilliant, imaginative, mystical, unsurpassed surreal artist. His work is magical, haunting, highly potent, thought-provoking, sturdy and strong, powerful, bright , graceful, and a bit frightening in a cosy sort of way. Once seen, never forgotten. Uses powerful repetitive imagery: moons and owls and slender hands ; hypnotic, dream-like, scary. It is time to publish a book of this artist's collected works. Who else could make a shoe out of a peeled orange or turn an elephant into a terrifying rock with sinister intentions of its own? The impact is intense. At the same time , the paintings are serene and stand outside time, stylish, lyrical, calm and very very beautiful. There is a pervading silence in them; the outsider sees truths in our world which are seen by no-one else. Patterns in creation visible only to the moon.
