The painting is exactly what I expected. A small hiccup with delivery but that was not Sophies fault. Very happy with the result.

For the 3-stars rank for Communication, as I understand from your mail - this because there was no any communication and there was no any option to mark that there was no Communication at all and you couldn't rank something you had no experience at.
