Hi Bob, As we discussed you have acknowledged that the print was indeed signed, titled and dated with edition number on the rear in pencil, exactly as advertised. You did agree to update this review in light of this on 4th January and you have been contacted by Artfinder admin to arrange. As such I'd be extremely grateful if you could amend this review as promised since it is entirely incorrect and quite damaging to my reputation. I am however very grateful that you were also able to advise through your correspondence that you 'love the print' and am delighted that this is the case. Hi Mark, I'm delighted that the print looks great. I sent you the below message within minutes of you purchasing the print and I sent you tracking information the following day. This is what I send to each of my customers so I don't understand why you have marked me down for communication. I also emailed you again following this review to ask how I could have improved my communication but you have not responded. I'm sorry that this was not to your satisfaction and any comments you may have on how I may improve in the future would be welcomed. Hi Lauren, I'm sorry this one took longer to arrive. Unfortunately this is completely out of my control and is entirely down to US customs and the Christmas holiday period. Both orders were posted using an identical service. It's hard for me as my reviews suffer because of this but there is nothing I can do about it. I note you marked down my communication too. I always provide full tracking information so that you can follow your print on it's entire journey. Thanks for choosing my work and I'm very pleased that the prints were more than worth the wait.
