This is a magical photograph. I fell at first sight! Ben is so talented - taking a beautiful picture is so difficult is requires patience and an eye to see beyond. So happy I have this is it is a treasure. Ben was also great with communication and packing too. Thank you Ben! Allison

Unfortunately print was damaged when opened at framers. Got into a blame game with artist which tainted an otherwise great photo so that I lost the desire to hang it. Returns process worked OK though.

Over 2000 prints sold and packaged the same way for 8 years. 6 returned damaged where packaging was in perfect condition. 5 of these 6 by customer employed framers. Framers make their money by framing as many pieces of art in a day as they can. Not all framers take the appropriate care when unpackaging and some do. If an artwork is damaged by the framer should it be addressed or simply returned to the artist who will be out of pocket? Will a face to face interaction with the framer make it more difficult to challenge the framer and easier to return to the artist who will unfairly be out of pocket because that is simply the easiest thing to do? A moral question for us all to ponder. In this case it was suggested the framer should be challenged for their damage but this was not upheld. A replacement print was then offered FOC but this was not responded to. Artfinder graciously accepted the return under the 14 day risk free returns policy. A fair deal for the artist? A fair deal for the framer? A fair deal for the customer? We each make our own decisions...
