both prints came bent. I appreciate the custom papers but that much care in the paper should translate to the packaging which was substandard. I love your vision and media but respect the consumer or your art is only in vain. I will fix myself as much as I can.

Dear Ryan, thank you for your review. Sorry about the bent drawings (please note thay are not prints), I normally pack in 2-3 layers of cardboard for protection which is usually sufficient, however is it impossible to always avoid malhandling in the regular postal service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order on receipt, please do no hesitate to contact me first to resolve the issue, I will always find a solution to your satisfaction. In this case, as the both drawings are on very soft paper, I am sure the bend will disappear under the weight of the glass when they are framed.

Nice painting, my father is an ornithologist so I collect bird things when I see them. He did not say if this was an accurate depiction of a specific bird but said it was good.
