Thank you for your review. Sorry about the delay, it happened because the painting was sent to be framed, and the framers took longer than usual to complete the job. Unfortunately I have no control over their work and was unable to speed it up. I see that you are also unhappy with the packaging. The framed painting delivered to you was packed by the framing company, so sorry again about their service. I hope you are happy with the picture after all.

I missed the fact mentioned in the description that there was a little damage to the picture. But this did not prove to be a problem as Frederic was happy to retouch it for me prior to sending it. The communication with Alice was great throughout and I was kept updated constantly. The picture itself surpassed my expectations. I love it!! Thank you Fredric! I'm a big fan.
