I absolutely LOVE my painting Water Lilies from Parc Bertrand by Ksenia Astakhovia!!! The painting is beautiful, realistic, and done with amazing artistic technique. Ksenia was a joy to communicate with. She was very quick to reply, very kind, and knowledgeable. My painting arrived incredibly fast and carefully packaged. Beautiful! Ksenia contacted me right away, thanking me for the purchase and with details when it would ship. The package arrived in about 7 days from overseas. It was well packaged yet easy to open without damaging it during the process. Included was a certificate of authenticity. I will be taking it soon to frame and it will be on my wall to admire for a long time! Thanks!

The print was packaged in an unusually strong double-walled cardboard tube. It looked as if it had been opened for postal inspection somewhere and resealed, but the artwork was fine. I am especially pleased with the watercolor as the colors are strong and bold, rather than the wispy see-through colors you see on many watercolors. It is out for framing, and I look forward to hanging it.

I received this painting two weeks ago but waited until it was framed to post a review. The painting is a delicate water-colour of a close-up of a purple/blue hydrangea head of blossom, with great precision and subtlety of detail, in the curl and shading of the individual petals, so that it has an abstract quality. Because of the delicacy of the work, I chose a plain off-white mount and frame to set off the painting. I am very pleased with the result and love this painting although still have to decide where to finally place it - am trying it in different positions. (I am trying to upload a photo to go with this but am afraid the colours are not too accurate from my camera-phone). The painting arrived very swiftly and Ksenia was a pleasure to communicate with and very friendly, which enhances the value of the painting for me. I strongly recommend her work.
