'Mesmerising painting, wonderful artist & excellent Artfinder team' Firstly, 'Hope' by Mel Graham is a mesmerising piece of art that, for us, is something that brings stillness and calm to our lives whenever we look at it. Secondly, Mel herself is such a kind, considerate and professional artist to deal with. Within a couple of hours of placing the order she had contacted me and thanked me for the purchase and checked if there was anything specific that wanted re delivery etc. During the next few mails Mel discerned that this was a gift for my partner and offered to gift wrap the painting and also made sure that it would be delivered on a Saturday via Royal Mail 'signed for' service. Finally, she mailed me after to delivery to say that she had been tracking the parcel herself and wanted to make sure that everything was ok. Such a kind and professional person to deal with. This was the first time that I had bought art online and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the service from Artfinder. I decided to use the UK 'Own Art' scheme and after being approved there was some confusion over my order on Artfinder. A quick email exchange with Vincenza from the team and all was resolved and my order cleared up. Overall the whole experience has been extremely positive and it has been such a pleasure to deal with the artist herself and the Artfinder team, I would definitely recommend using Artfinder and particularly for UK buyers suggest that they look into the 'Own Art' scheme. Melanie Graham's painting was beautiful, but it clashed with my purple color scheme. It was listed accurately and was well packaged for shipment. Mel was wonderful throughout the whole process and kept me updated continually. He is a very talented artist and I wish him much success!

This was a great piece and Mel emailed me as soon as I purchased it to thank me. Packaging was well done with lots of bubble wrap and protection. Mel wanted to know that I received his work and that it was safe. After I sent him the received email he replied right back and thanked me again. Keep on creating these great pieces Mel and thanks again!

Stunning painting! Looks even more beautiful in real life. Mel was very cooperative and stayed in constant touch which was quite helpful. Look forward to seeing more of Mel's work.
