Creating a painting is rarely a straight path. I begin with broad, intuitive layers before gradually refining the surface—adding, softening, erasing, and rediscovering what feels essential. I enjoy allowing the work to unfold naturally, leaving traces of its journey visible beneath the finished painting.

Art Pratice

Painting is as much about observation as it is about making marks. Before each new layer, I spend time looking, questioning, and allowing the work to reveal its next step. My process is built through many subtle decisions—adding, scraping back, softening, and refining—until the painting finds its own quiet balance. These moments of reflection are just as important as the brushstrokes themselves.
