Low rate for delivery and packaging. Packaging was excellent, my picture was very well protected. The low rate is for the delivery. A delivery bound for Greece was delivered instead of my painting. The neighbour who waited in to take the delivery was looking for a FedEx van as we had been told so when a parcel arrived in a TNT van she assumed it was something else I had ordered and not my painting. Behshad got on to FedEx immediately and my painting was delivered safe and sound the next day.

I am very pleased with the communication and overall arrangements to ship this parcel to me. Now the picture...that's a different matter all together. It is BEAUTIFUL and fits in perfectly with my home and it's many colours. I am so pleased I may save and commission one.
