Artista gioiosa,simpatica,gentile...é fantastica,precisa nella preparazione del pacco, buona la spedizione e non lamentatevi dei tempi perchè non dipendono da lei ma dalle poste e da dove abitate io in Italia ad esempio dalla Russia ci ha impiegato 32 gg....io sono felice e comprerò ancora da Ann!! Artista gioiosa,simpatica,gentile...é fantastica,precisa nella preparazione del pacco, buona la spedizione e non lamentatevi dei tempi perchè non dipendono da lei ma dalle poste e da dove abitate io in Italia ad esempio dalla Russia ci ha impiegato 32 gg....io sono felice e comprerò ancora da Ann!! I commissioned Ann for this pastel drawing, it’s absolutely beautiful and got exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait for the shops to be opened again to get it framed. Excellent communication with Ann, each time I sent her a message to find out where the picture was on its journey to me, I got prompt answers with always a nice little word in it. Excellent service, art and packaging. Thank you very much Ann!

I thought I had purchased a ready to hang painting but it wasn't? Hence 1 star Have framed it now so all ok Have had no communication the site does not allow no comment so again 1 star. Given these issues I am happy hence 5 stars thanks, johnny
