I liked a painting that was already sold but Ann was more than happy to create a similar painting and asked for my input for changes to the original - the painting instantly became personal to me. Ann chased me to complete the purchase so she could ship the piece before Coronavirus worsened and shipping may have become an issue. It arrived safely and I love it! I sent a picture to Ann to let her know it arrived and she noticed 2 VERY small defects that occurred during shipping, which I didn’t notice. She offered me 3 options for her to fix them but I politely declined. Great customer service!

This pastel drawing is terrific, and true to the illustration on the site, but even brighter and more colourful. The artist, Ann Zhuleva, has a wonderful sense of humour and an original way of looking at the world, creating fun and clever imagery. She also included a free gift photo print of another drawing I liked. It was well packaged and arrived safely and the artist was responsive and easy to communicate with.
