    I am currently working on a new series of abstracts that will be presented for the first time during the show in Melton Mowbray at the end of October. Abstracts allow me to present emotions and so many vibrant colours that can capture the light in a perfect way.

    Water lilies

    Water lilies

    After visiting one of my favourite gardens near York I have been inspired to paint water lilies. Desire to paint lilies has been in me since I first visited Monet's house and garden however I had to grow with my style to get my own mark on lilies. Since then I have been looking at different layout of composition and different colours which have been enhanced by some metallics and gold acrylics once each artwork was completed and I still don't have enough of the subject.

    That was my final project after finishing the college. The project last 8 weeks and it was the best time for me so far.I have been playing a lot with my style and I liked the result. Colour palette has been carefully chosen to make sure all of paintings work as one and as a set.

    I have been trying to paint this landscape using palette knife, sponge and fingers only.. First time I have not used a brush. It was rather fun and I started to like acrylics.
