My works about Gabriele D’Annunzio began in 2005 and is still continuing today with new artworks.
Paintings and drawings accompanied by books, photos and poems from the great poet.
First exhibited in 2005 in Assisi Museum.
Last show in 2013 at Spazio Excalibur in Vigevano, near Milano, a two floor exhibit with more than 30 artworks, historical video about Gabriele D'Annunzio, photographs and books.

Dance and Passion is my “fil rouge”, the continuum in my artwork.
Dance is my passion and in my paintings movement and anatomy are always respected and represented with knowledge.
Some paintings are without frame and can be suspended in the center of the hall, so the can rotate with the air movement, dancing as they were real.

Biography
“My artistic research is constantly evolving. The sign and the color alternate in the roles of protagonist and express themselves on the white stage of my canvas. Sometimes the sign prevails, it’s sharp, strong, as in my oracles. Other times it is the color to take over, as in the exhibition dedicated to the myths and held in London at the Artspace Gallery in Mayfair. In my paintings about dance the balance is perfect, reflecting the needs of movement and plasticity of the subjects".
Anna Pennati ranges from one topic to another, using each time the appropriate medium and style, following a path which is the sign of an important international artist
