The package arrived safely and without any damage. It was packed very well to withstand the transport from Greece. Stamps were nice, too!

Anna was amazing to work with. She listened to what I wanted and delivered a piece that was better than I could ever imagine. She was very prompt in her responses (even with time zone differences) and I really believe I received exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to work with her again! I highly recommend her!

Precious sculpture, and just what I'd been looking for (but hadn't known until I saw it) as an ideal wedding present. Anna was quick to communicate, and the packaging was thorough and secure. It took a few weeks to arrive, which was expected given the distance, but worth the wait. Anna's work is charming. Thank you!

You won't be disappointed with her artistry and delicate touch. She responded right away, completed the order and shipped within a few days. It is lovely. Very small and delicate. Mine has a dark bottom rather than the gold but otherwise as described.

Dear ms. Waterford, Thank you for your review and your kind comments. Regarding the dark base you mentioned, this is oxidized bronze and it is as per the item's description; it can also be seen in the item's photo as well. I was wondering, though, about the reason you found my communication wanting - was there anything you would like to be informed of that I did not respond to? I'm sending reports both on the item's production stage and its shipping, and I take care to always answer my customers' queries in a timely and complete manner, so I am a bit perplexed. Item arrived rather twisted in the packaging......however, after heating with my hairdryer (!) I was able to straighten it back to its former glory! My brother and his family will be thrilled with this lovely design in bronze. Will use Artfinder again.

Thank you for your review! I understand your frustration with the damaged state of the item, and I'm sorry to see that it has reflected poorly on your evaluation. I'm trying to always keep the highest standards as far as the packaging is concerned, but I cannot control the treatment it will receive during transit. As I told you in our communications, I would have been more than happy to replace the damaged sculpture.
