Iam happy with the process of delivery and communication but only problem is- still did not receive authentication certificate.. its very unexpected hiccup.. looking foreatd to finały get it Thank you

Iam happy with the process of delivery and communication but only problem is- still did not receive authentication certificate.. its very unexpected hiccup.. looking foreatd to finały get it Thank you

IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE ARTWORK AND WANT TO RETURN IT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INITIATE THE RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS. THEY ARE NICE TO YOU UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO RETURN THE WORK, THEN THEIR TRUE COLORS COME OUT. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE COST OF THE FRAMING. IT WILL BE THREE TIME THE AMOUNT OF THE OVERPRICED PHOTO YOU JUST BOUGHT.

Hello Tom, I am sorry to hear that you considered your experience with Artfinder and me a less than favourable one. I delivered your print promptly with good packaging. The listing was and still is accurate and I replied to your message in a timely manner. I do pride myself in giving a first class service to all my customers as you can see from my other reviews. Artfinder clearly states that artwork can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. Unfortunately your attempt to return the artwork was longer than this.... When purchasing a photographic print I do recommend that the customer obtains a quote for mounting and framing the artwork so that they know exactly how much the piece is going to cost them prior to ordering from the Artfinder site. Thank you again for your interest in my work.
