is really a pain receive the news that your painting was ruined in transportation, but unfortunately sometimes it happens and we have to take note. This time it was a work of pottery, very delicate and probably needed a pack more accurately and safely. I have already apologized to the customer and when it is ready I will propose a similar painting at a discounted price.

I met Beatrice Cloake on other sites that deal with art and I got to see her works and appreciate her talent. So when I received her order to buy one of my watercolor I was happy because I knew that Beatrice would have really liked the painting. Thank you Beatrice for yor friendship.

Photographing a work of art is always very difficult because there are many factors to consider, first of all, and certainly the most important is their light. Artificial lights can alter the colors dominant adding hot or cold depending on whether you use tungsten lamps or neon. I prefer to photograph my paintings to natural light in overcast days without sun, around 10/11 in the morning because you get, in my opinion, the right balance between lighting and color temperature. Having said that, unfortunately, what you see on screen is not always totally faithful to the real object, all I can do to overcome this problem is to add more photos from various angles. Anyway I thank Miss Rita Gilmore who is a nice person and a perfect buyer .

I'm always in trouble when selling an artwork of mine, beacause it's a piece of myself flying away. But in the meanwhile I'm happy because a buyer is in love with my painting. So I think that Susan Brown is the perfect owner for this painitng. Thanks Susan, with your support I've encouraged to paint many other works similar to yours.
