We were very disappointed with this artist. We ordered the painting and after it arrived we had to go away on business for a couple of weeks. When we returned we realized that it just did not go with our decor. We asked if we could return the painting and would pay all costs of return. We were 4 days out of the return policy and the artist refused to allow us to return it. Very sad to have a painting in your home that we don't really like. I would have thought an artist would prefer her customers to be happy with a purchase rather than just focus on a sale. Not a great way to retain customers!!!

You bought the painting on Feb. 19th, asked me 3 times to change the shipping date for the package to be received after your return from the trip and you signed when you received the painting. I wrote you on March 16th, 9 days after you received the package, to ask how you like the painting and you didn't answer until march 25th, when you asked for a return because it doesn't match the decor, 4 days after the return policy expired and 36 days after your purchase.

Very pleased! The entire purchase process was a breeze, communication with Andrada has been delightful, and the art work is lovely on our wall. I am enjoying the artwork as I glance up from writing this note. Highly recommended.

Andrada was highly communicative and put up with my endless list of questions and hesitations - she was really patient with me! I loved the paintings - the colours in both both jumped out at me the minute I tore open the bubble wrap! They were professionally packaged. Thanks Andrada.

We watched for several weeks, even put a printed picture of the painting on our wall. Very happy we purchased, it's great in the setting & we love it!
