This was my first commission. Although we communicated a lot with each other, there was a misunderstanding, so I wasn't really satisfied with the result at first. The fault was primarily mine, I didn't express myself clearly enough and didn't read the order confirmation thoroughly. However, I wish Amelia had shown me a draft first and not the already finished work. This led to additional work for her and a slight uneasiness between us. After we found a solution, everything is fine. So what did I learn from it: Be specific, when you want specific features in your artwork and write them down. Read the confirmation, crosscheck it with your specifics (write them down). Insist on a draft and tell the artist about that requirement beforehand.

Amelia was responsive to my questions and she was amenable to swapping out the black frame for a white one to match my decor. It took awhile to ship, but once it was shipped it arrived quickly (2 days) in perfect condition and was exactly as pictured. I really love it and it adds a great pop of color to my space!

I'm a wanderer and traveler, and this piece spoke to me. Beautiful art, very nice frame. I had been waiting for my piece and contacted the owner about when it was shipping - she was very quick to reply. If you are considering purchasing art from Amelia Coward, I highly recommend you do.
