I received the package today and the painting is rolled up in a tube. Now I'm new to Artfinder and have been pleased with my previous purchases but this doesn't look like what I was expecting. What is the return policy?

Good afternoon! You have purchased an image that fully corresponds to the application on the site. You bought a picture written in pastel on paper. The painting was sold without a frame and glass. Very happy with this purchase and the process. Was first Artfinder purchase for me. Enjoyed the ability to scroll through many offerings quickly, and sort by artist, style, media, colors, price, size, etc. I was kept apprised of the artwork's shipping schedule, received it in very good shape in about two weeks (from the Ukraine), and was properly billed. I like the idea that artists get to keep a larger portion of the selling price than with traditional galleries. Overall, I would recommend Artfinder to my friends and family.
