I always try to ship immediately, almost on the same day as the sale was, but transportation has been very slow, especially since 2020, since the pandemic. Best regards, Alex

Dear Karl, I am very surprised by this review. You should have contacted me in case of any problem with the shipment. I would do my best to solve the problem. From the status I just looked at after your review, I can see that the artwork arrived in Sweden on January 12, exactly on the day I stated in the shipment status. Due to the whole situation, I think that the problem arose in the work of your local courier service, which was supposed to deliver the artwork to you. Please contact the local courier service in your city and see with them why the picture you bought has not been delivered to you for two weeks.
