    Room 521 in Club-Hispanica at Malaca Instituto. Interior designed room in response to the landscape and the culture of Andalusia, Spain. Created in 2014 as part of the Flow and Art residency commission.

    Coleridge Red

    A Bic biro ink drawing on cartridge entered for the HG Wells Time Machine opportunity being run by Contains Art (containsart.co.uk). This piece represents time through a variety of ways: Time through the ages in the construction of the Rock and geology. Time spent walking in the landscape and finding this object. Time spent with the object observing it throughout the daytime watching the shifting light and shadow. Recording time through drawing with an everyday item to capture the change in time based on the movement of the Sun. The use of a Bic biro as a symbol of business time and the time we give to the workplace and the implements we use to mark time spent at work. Viewers time spent looking at the work exploring the drawing of an object of time revealing the morlock within us all.
