This is the first commissioned art I've ever ordered. Of the many pieces in our home it is the one I find myself drawn to every day without exception. I stand before it and just calm out, and study the subject and Abi's magnificent ability to energize and interpret the serenity and intimacy of the moment where person and aquatic medium merge. Then one's mind drifts even deeper seemingly to become one with the art. Life is much about managing expectations and being realistic. In this case, every single lofty expectation was met with zero disappointments. Abi is a wonderful artist and a most interesting person. She's the type of communicator and talent that causes one to think " even though we've never met, have no idea what her voice sounds like, I have no doubt that on meeting we'd become fast friends". I have a couple more ideas and hopefully will be able to engage Abi again soon.

Such an utterly delightful nugget of a painting. I put it on a wall in my bedroom - it’s the first place I see when I get up in the morning. It just says something to me that’s hard to explain, but I smile every time I look at it. Thank you!

Been looking to pick up a miniature from Abi for a while now, they go so quickly. Love the sense of the moment... the dive, the breath holding, the cool weightlessness and play of light being underwater.
