I photographed Ocean Pulse from within the sea using a specialist camera water housing, allowing me to capture the wave at close range as it curled and broke.

I was drawn to the luminous turquoise water, white spray and powerful sense of movement. From this low viewpoint, the wave becomes almost abstract—a fleeting composition of colour, light and energy.

Ocean Pulse is available as a 40 × 60 inch signed and numbered limited-edition fine art print, created as a dramatic statement piece for contemporary, coastal and hospitality interiors.
