Bethesda Terrace is one of the most photographed places in Central Park. Its grand arcade and archways sit at the heart of the park and frame the lake beyond.
I was drawn to the light moving across the carved stonework, and the way the architecture opens onto the landscape around it: warm stone against the fresh greens of the trees and a bright summer sky.
