Welcome to Grad Week 2019

Welcome to Grad Week 2019

Dear Artfinder community,

I’m delighted to present the 2019 edition of Artfinder Grad Week, our selection of the best of this year’s BA and MA art graduates. Over the last few months, I’ve been visiting degree shows to discover new graduates leading the way in their chosen mediums. I’m thrilled to be able to share them with you and welcome them to our artist community.

Each of the chosen artists have produced works that are dynamic, critically engaged and have demonstrated excellent technical ability.

Reflecting the diversity of the group, the artists have explored a wide range of contemporary subjects inspired by their personal stories, identity and everyday life, as well as the wider environment and today’s political landscape. Others have taken a process driven approach relating to their medium, or created their own realities inspired by dreams or reinterpreting past events. They are also working in a wide range of mediums including photography, painting, printmaking, digital art, sculpture and textiles.

Artists were selected from leading art schools, including Camberwell College of Art, UAL; Central Saint Martins, UAL; Chelsea College of Art, UAL; City and Guilds; Falmouth School of Art; Goldsmiths, UOL; Royal College of Art; Wimbledon College of Art; UAL.

This is a fantastic opportunity to discover the freshest new talent and support the artists as they take these important next steps in their career.

Enjoy the collection!
