Today, we chat with one of our amazing painters, Eleni Denart.
Can you introduce yourself, where you are from and how long you have been with Artfinder for?
Hello my name is Eleni Denart and I am a member of Artfinder family since 2019.
How would you describe your work?
My art is characterized by the exquisite use of gold details and intricate flow art techniques, transporting viewers into a realm of limitless imagination.
What influences you and your work?
I am influenced by the colours of the sea and gold reflections of the sun. The night sky galaxies and stars. Emerald greens of nature and earth palette. In a few words I am influenced by my environment here in Greece.
What does your creative process involve?
It involves freedom to experiment in colour combinations and forms.
Have you changed as an artist overtime?
I always try to change and progress over time.
What’s your favourite artwork you created and why?
My favourite artwork is my daughter ❤️
What do you think is the role of art/artists in society?
Art and artists enrich society by sparking creativity, challenging norms, and provoking thought. They serve as cultural mirrors, reflecting society's values, beliefs, and struggles. Artists can inspire change, foster empathy, and offer new perspectives on complex issues. Through their creations, they contribute to the collective soul of humanity, encouraging connection and understanding among diverse communities.
What advice do you have for emerging artists looking to make a living out of their art career?
Create consistently, build a strong online presence, engage with your audience, collaborate with other artists and galleries, participate in art shows and exhibitions, develop a unique style, and never stop learning and growing. Embrace challenges, stay motivated, and be persistent in pursuing your passion.
