Yulia was great to work with. She sent the package out quite fast after I ordered it, and provided tracking information. When I pointed out there was an error in the tracking info, she responded right away and provided me with the correct information. Since then I've had it framed and hung, and the piece is quite gorgeous!

We live in California and were looking for an original work to send to some family in Milan, IT. We found it in Germany with Yulia! Wonderful piece that was packaged perfectly with detailed instructions. Very pleased! Thanks again!

Once again it was an absolute pleasure to have Yulia's artwork arrive at our home. This time we asked Yulia to personalize a piece of artwork she had previously created and sold; we asked her to create another version and include our daughter's name in the picture. It is beyond what we expected, we can't wait for her birthday and present it to her. In addition to the piece we requested she also sent a smaller, original beach painting. What Yulia doesn't know is that my mother lives in Florida and recently was moved to an assisted living facility. Mom loved the beach and we used to walk in the sand at the water's edge every time I visited; we can't do that anymore but I had the picture framed and we are sending to her so she will have the beach in her new home. Not only is Yulia a phenomenal artist, she is a good person.

Yulia, I thought I had told you how much I love the pussy cat. It looks exactly like my Ginny. Isn't there a "fixer" to spray from aerosol can to help keep the pastel secure? Thanks, Nord

Hi Norwood , thank you for your review! I'm so glad that you love your artwork and it looks like your Ginny. About your question, I don't recommend you to use any fixative. Any sort of "fixing" or stabilization will have a negative effect on the mellowness of the texture, and will impart an unwelcome lustre, an alteration in the color, and even a loss of the subtle tonalities in the work. The best way to store pastels is to frame it. Use a frame of glass with a specially cut mat, at least an eighth of an inch thick, to prevent the surface of the work itself from coming into direct contact with the glass. I hope it will help you.
