Was born on September 2, 1952 in Chernihiv. Since 1972 constantly worked in the field of monumental painting.  Works in different art technics, with different materials, but his main direction of creativity - plein-air painting. Paints etudes and landscapes from life - Ukrainian nature. Works in any weather and at various times of the year. Vyacheslav strives to give a condition of the environment, and the impression of contact with the nature. Participant of more than 30 all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions. Member of the Union of artists of Ukraine. Lives and works in Chernihiv (Ukraine).
