About Thomas Wilson

I love painting in oils and trying to figure out how to capture the feeling of a scene. I am moved by the effect of light on an object or the landscape. I love to paint from life either on location or in the studio. Painting outside on location can be exciting and or frustrating but I always enjoy it. I have painting full time for eight years and it’s much better than having a real job.
