I purchased a beautiful gouache abstract painting on paper, in a rather large format. The painting is perfect and as expected, shipping was super fast and the packaging was perfect for the large format. T Kyomu was available for answers and solving questions I had about shipping before de purchase. Very satisfied, will buy again :))

Delivery for Spring took very long and was ordered at the same time. It also arrived in a damaged and open package. Plastic caps were inside the painting! It has been recorded on the delivery. We also had to pay £63.73 extra to be released from the customs that it was not mentioned or planed for. The Green Man arrived faster and with no issues. Pieces are on the wall now but overall, I am not sure I would buy from Kyomu again!
