  • There is something about those fleeting moments of patterns of light that compels me to capture and share them. I believe I am mainly influenced by tonalism and impressionism. For the most part, what concerns me the most when creating a work of art, is good color, believable light quality, and making strong, interesting value proportions. I apply these principles to all my subjects, whether they are realistic portrayals or non-representative works.
