The art is fine - just, but the packaging was v poor. The exterior box is too light to protect the print and was badly beaten up. Luckily the front was undamaged.

I was very sorry to hear your parcel arrived in such a bad state. It's certainly unexpected. The feedback I've received up to now has suggested no issues with the method I use to package my prints. If the print has been at all damaged then I will of course replace it, or if you prefer, refund it. My apologies once more for this disappointment, I promise to take stock of your feedback and to consider how I can improve my packaging. I will of course be refunding your shipping fees.

Artwork arrived promptly, was very well package and also contained a complimentary item. I love these pictures and can't wait to have them framed and on display in our newly decorated room! Thank you!

Tge picture arrived promptly and was safely and securely wrapped. I purchased the picture as a gift for my daughter in expectation of her forthcoming confinement And we are equally delighted with the purchase. I am so pleased I came across your work on Artfinder. It makes me happy. Kate. D.

Lovely - Just a shame it didn't quite fit a standard square frame size - over by a millimeter or two on the horizontal and vertical. Seems excessive to need to custom frame or unfortunate to guillotine the edges

I am sorry to hear that your print wasn't a fit for your frame. I try to ensure all my prints fit a standard size so to avoid the expense of custom framing. If you could let me know if it is the dimensions of the image its self or the border surrounding then I will help resolve the problem. ~ Peter
