Biography
I’m Paul Nelson-Esch — An Artist, Fashion Designer, and Illustrator based in Portugal.
My work lives at the intersection of pop culture, fine art, and fashion. I’m always chasing that spark of recognition and storytelling that makes portraiture so powerful.
Originally trained in fashion, I carry that sensitivity for detail, silhouette, and expression into my work. It’s all about character — visual storytelling that’s intimate, iconic, and crafted by hand.
I’m grateful that my pieces have made their way into homes around the world — and I’m always open to commissions, collaborations, and new directions.
