About Oksana Bilyk

  • Biography
My artistic practice focuses on the inner world of women, exploring themes of identity, vulnerability, memory and emotional resilience. Working in realism enriched with symbolic elements, I create images that exist between personal experience and collective archetypes. The female figure in my paintings is not a portrait, but a state - a reflection of inner silence, transformation and strength found in tenderness. Through calm gestures, restrained expressions and symbolic details, I invite the viewer into a quiet dialogue with themselves.
