"When dawn breaks, when a strong lamb is born, or when a bird perches upon a sheep—you stop, listen, and feel the miracle of nature’s grandeur. Moments captured in the mind, later sculpted by hand, transform into bronze and tell small stories. Like a chronicler, I observe, remember, record, and shape. These works immortalize events and create a relationship between myself and the Creator.
I choose themes from my surroundings. In nature, I find phenomena that surprise me; I give form to the most intriguing among them. Animalistic themes bring liveliness, simplicity, and truth. Ideas and visions, matured over time, are expressed through concrete depictions or recognizable forms. Executing these sculptures in bronze gives me a sense of finality. Small, hand-sculpted details endure through the bronze casting process.
