About Mykola Kozlovsky

  • Biography
I was born and raised in a small, beautiful village, surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes. This determined the scope of my interests: landscape and abstraction. Color is of primary importance in my painting, I do not copy the colors and shapes of nature, but express my vision of form and color, and my vision is based on the desire for the most expressive environment, where forms harmoniously coexist with each other. The main source of inspiration for me is sunlight and the forms of nature. My abstraction is based on the constant movement and change of matter in space and time, in these changes there is always the state of the environment where these changes occur. The viewer before painting should feel the influence of forms, colors, textures. That is, immersion in the environment and feeling emotions from the painting. I hope to convey my opinion to the viewers of aesthetes who appreciate form and environment. I hope Artfinder will help me with this.
