Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Arrived really quickly and was packaged brilliantly so kept in perfect condition. The hand written note from the artist was a lovely touch. Only slightly upset I bought this as a gift so I can't keep it!!

I am a repeat buyer and wasn't disappointed in either of the pieces bought. The shell is as vibrant as the picture shows and the 'Westie' is a perfect present for a family member...I am still considering keeping it. The packaging and communication as previously was excellent and I thank Luci for her meticulous approach. I'm sure I'll be buying again. Thanks Luci
