The delivery company broke the package, even though the seller really packaged well the art piece. The art piece arrived intact though.

I aways package my work professionally and securely and this painting was sent in a sturdy tube. The tube itself was not damaged, however, the top and bottom had been opened and then not closed again as you had shown me in the photo. I have decided not to use UPS again and will switch to Fedex. I'm glad that your painting was intact and that you are happy with it. Thank you Bia !

Loretta went out of her way to communicate with me about shipping delays that were clearly beyond her control. The painting arrived safely, was extremely well packed, and is even better in person than its picture. I am very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Loretta.
