About Larysa Boruta

I create art as a way to process inner states and transform emotion into form. Working with clay allows me to explore contrasts — softness and tension, fragility and strength — through slow, intentional hand-building. My abstract ceramic sculptures are quiet, emotional, and tactile, inviting reflection and personal interpretation. I'm drawn to the meditative rhythm of working with clay, where each piece emerges through touch, pressure, and time. I often find inspiration in natural textures and human vulnerability. Through my work, I aim to create a sense of presence — objects that hold emotion in stillness.
