Stunning! Kimberley is very talented and I have wanted one of her paintings for a few months, and now I am the proud owner of one which has pride of place on my wall. It was well wrapped and arrived on time.

The artwork lost some paint from the edges onto the bubble-wrap in transit. I suspect that the 'delivery hotspot' to which it was delivered (a Londis 'minimarket') placed it against a radiator !

Hi Andy, I am so sorry to here about the paintwork, that's awful news! It was varnished so certain conditions may have lifted the paint off with the varnish perhaps? I haven't heard of this happening before thankfully. I would be more than happy to touch it up for you (obviously free of charge) if you wanted to send it back? Unless you plan on framing it in which case it wouldn't matter too much. Let me know. Best regards

The entire process was very smooth and efficient. I love my new painting and received so many compliments on it! My first time purchasing something through Artfinder and it was a wonderful experience.

An absolutely beautiful painting. I ordered on a Wednesday and it arrived the following Monday. I am very, very pleased with my first foray into Artfinder and am glad the timing was right to purchase one of Kimberley's gorgeous (and in-demand) works.

The artist has too many paintings that look very similar. There could be a bit more detail in the painting.

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. I am sorry to hear you feel there could have been more detail in the painting, being a dusk scene, they're were large areas of shadows in which it wouldn't have been appropriate to add detail, it also makes those with detail stand out more. Admittedly there are similarities between my paintings, I paint what I am passionate about and I feel as an artist it is important to have an identity and a style which is consistent and recognisable. Also, due to my subject matter of the natural world and my emphasis on light there will undeniably be a close relationship between all of my pieces. I hope this explains the method behind the madness a bit more!
