Biography
My compulsion to draw and paint goes back to very early childhood. I grew up in a noisy house with eight other children, and I'd grab a pile of notebook paper, any drawing utensil I could find and sit under a table in a quiet corner and draw for hours. Taming a pile of colorful goop into something that makes sense to me is my therapy. I'm particularly drawn to watercolors, for their mercurial and transparent qualities.
