    Fixing prints to canvas

    My Works are a mix of digitally created prints and handpainted parts. I start with fixing the prints to the canvas and then I create a lot of layers of gel medium on top of the prints. after that, I paint on top of the structure and print. I this way two worlds become one, and the digital becomes tangible

    This month I have 3 shows. I had to make over 40 artworks for a Galerie in Amsterdam, Amersfoort and for an upcoming gallery in Dusseldorf. That's a lot of work!

    Sometimes my 56m2 studio just is not big enough. Mostly I work on 15 or 20 paintings at the same time. That is the most efficient way because I work with a lot of layers.
