Event: London Art Biennale 2025

Held at the historic Chelsea Old Town Hall from 16 to 20 July 2025, the London Art Biennale is a curated museum-level exhibition that celebrates contemporary art from around the world. Featuring over 350 selected artists representing more than 60 nations, this edition presents a diverse and thought-provoking panorama across painting, sculpture, works on paper, digital and applied arts. Organised by Gagliardi Gallery, the Chianciano Art Museum and the International Confederation of Art Critics, the Biennale affirms London’s role as a cultural capital and supports charitable causes through the power of art.
Biography
Her work blends traditional and contemporary techniques, incorporating mixed media and collage. She integrates fragments of antique books, sheet music, stamps, and other vintage materials, creating a dialogue between history and modern expression while emphasizing timeless human emotions.
Reflecting on the lost aesthetics of past eras, Julia explores themes of nostalgia, memory, and identity through symbolic elements.
Julia's works have found homes in the USA, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Turkey, Germany, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Russia.
She exhibits and continues to evolve her artistic practice, creating thought-provoking, emotionally resonant pieces that bridge past and present.
Other important milestones in her artistic career include participation in the London Biennale (2025), a silver award at the international virtual art exhibition Amazing Animals 2025 (Camelback Gallery) and publication of her artwork on the cover of Visual Art Journal (May 2025).
