Biography
I am an award-winning artist known for my bold, vibrant use of color. My large-format works are perfect for my passion for free movement and spontaneous expression, allowing me to create pieces that are as dynamic as they are expressive. My art brings to life a variety of subjects — from portraits of people and animals to cityscapes and landscapes — all united by my love for vivid color.
I'm available for commissioned works, whether it’s capturing the personality of your children, pets, or even your favorite holiday spots.
Originally from Wollongong, Australia, Jos’s artistic journey has taken him from the Netherlands, where he lived as a teenager, to New Zealand, where he spent 26 years with his wife and four children. Now based south of Perth, Western Australia, Jos continues to explore and push the boundaries of his art, constantly inspired by his global experiences.
