Biography
I love painting in acrylics and pastels mostly but also use oils and watercolours. I attended Canterbury College of Art, graduating with a Distinction. My career background is in graphics and picture editing with over 20 years experience.
I try and paint every day. It’s a creative process that is constantly evolving. I find it relaxing and meditative. I usually take inspiration from my surroundings, primarily nature. Gathering ideas from interesting visual shapes and colour combinations . I’ve always painted but it’s only really since wanting to change my career path that I’ve dedicated more time to it. I have been selling online (including some commissions) for the past 7 years.
