The etching is great, and I want to buy another piece very soon. Jaco even included a little surprise gift, which I do appreciate. Thank you. When I contacted Jaco to find out how it would be delivered, he responded very quickly. It did come safely packaged too. But since you're asking, there are two things about the delivery that could be improved upon: 1. There was no communication up front after purchase about how it would come and expected delivery date. Tracking information sent to me as soon as it is available would be very helpful next time. 2. The art work arrived safely. In fact, it was so well packaged and protected that I had a hard time opening it. It took me 10 minutes and a degree of struggling to open it safely. So, while I do want more of his work, I would really appreciate consideration of these two things. Thank you.

Overall a great and very professional seller. Work is fantastic and what I expected. Shipping was maybe a little slow but it's was an international transaction. Also, I was really excited about getting the picture so... Anyway, buy with confidence!! Highly recommended.
