White Cloud arrived on the day Galina said it would and was well packaged. The painting is amazing, just as pictured (which is sometimes difficult with colours). We had good communication with Galina and were delighted our offer was accepted. We can't wait to get it framed and hung. It's the 'wow' piece we were looking for!

So pleased with my purchase. This painting had been in my list of favourites for ages, but it was over Β£1000. I was delighted when 50% off was offered. It is just as it looks online. The colours are gorgeous and I love the boat that draws you in and the slightly abstract design that surrounds it. The painting was delivered promptly and was very well packaged.

Galina has been an absolute pleasure to work with, she took so much care and attention to develop a painting that I was happy with, nothing was too much trouble, and I absolutely love the final result! She was also prompt to communicate, and did the commission in under 4 weeks despite it being a very large canvas. She is clearly a very talented artist who pours her heart into her paintings. Would hugely recommend her to anyone!

Poor communication from seller. Artfinder and myself tried numerous times to contact her regarding the tracking as an incorrect tracking id was provided.

Dear Heather I wanted to let you know I did everything possible to get the paintings to you in time for Christmas which I believe did happen. Your order was received on 16 Dec and I was away on holiday overseas from 17 Dec. So I took the paintings myself to the Parcelforce depot in Exeter on the way to the airport, they said delivery would be Wed 21 Dec, however their computer was down and they said they would send them later and email the tracking number to me which they did. I then posted the details on Artfinder and did not hear anything until 21 Dec when Artfinder called me saying you had not received the paintings yet and you couldn't track the parcels. I was overseas at the time but chased up Parcelforce who stated the tracking number they gave me was incorrect but also the paintings had been delivered to you on Wed morning 21 Dec and signed for. I then sent you a message with the new tracking number and asked if you had received the paintings ok. However it appears you did not see that message until yesterday 4 Jan and I wanted to give you all the facts because my customers are very important to me. I hope you had a good Christmas and New Year. Best regards Galina
