Sorry this is the first time that i have been told the delivery was not successful. I have checked the tracking info. RN542524020GB https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RN542524020GB The message on the tracking site says: "Our delivery partner tried to deliver your parcel on 11-12-2018 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. They’ve left a note about how to make further arrangements" Sorry about this. It has been handed to a delivery partner. Try the above royalmail site and see if you can contract the delivery partner in the USA. Let me know how things go. Sorry this is taking too long. Chris Keegan
